Most of the core components of LED lamps are made up of the driving power supply and the light source. If the light does not light up, there is a high probability that the light source will be broken down and lead to dead light or the driving power supply is damaged.

A: light source damage

As shown in the figure below, there are basically obvious “small black spots” in the middle of the breakdown LED light source. If such a situation occurs, purchase a patch with corresponding power and install it to solve the problem.

Two: the drive power supply is damaged

If the light source is not damaged, there is a high probability that the drive is damaged. Purchase a matching drive according to the mark on the original drive and replace it. When purchasing the drive power supply, please check the parameters of the original drive power supply, especially the power range and output current.

Because different lamps and lanterns will have different power sockets, the following is the conventional drive power socket, when buying must pay attention to, and distinguish the “male”, “female” head.

Three, three color light patch replacement

Tricolor patch if only a group of single white light or single warm light, large probability is the damage of the light source, if all not bright is mostly the damage of the drive power supply, because the tricolor patch can not be replaced by a group of light sources, if the damage of a group can only be replaced by the whole. Tricolor light source and drive are three lines, a negative pole public, two positive pole control two groups of light source respectively.

Because of the different lamps and lanterns, the length of the light source, the shape is very different, it can be said that thousands of models and specifications, see which one you need. Tip: when buying a light source, try to choose one with a diffused lens to make the light more uniform.

Four: maintenance of lamps and lanterns with segmented switches

This situation mostly appears in the lamps and lanterns with multiple groups of light sources, such as a lamp with its own LED light source, lamp cap or the number of light sources need to be controlled separately, etc., if multiple groups of light sources are all not bright at the same time, the probability is segmented switch damage.

Maintenance method: 1, first one of the light source of the lamp from the segmented switch off power test, if the light is on, the probability is segmented switch damage, buy the same number of new items to replace can be solved. 2, also can not be segmented switch, such as the original multiple groups of switch line can be grouped, such as only one group of switch line, all groups can be twisted into a group. Five: high voltage LED patch lamp maintenance

This kind of light source mostly appears in the structure of relatively complex lamps and lanterns, the characteristics of this light source is direct 220V, the wiring pile of the light source plate is usually marked with L/N pole (live line and zero line), if the basic can only be replaced as a whole, because the light source plate has ac, remember to power off, power off, power off, replace.
